Show Ticket Costs and Seat Selection Process

Every family will receive 2 free tickets to attend the show.  Additional tickets are $5.00 each and each family will be guaranteed 4 seats for 2 of the six performances.  (The same amount of show tickets are guaranteed per family, regardless of how may children you have performing).

With over three hundred families wanting to see their children perform, I'm sure you can image how seating arrangements could become chaotic.  Bet Cross Centre has created a "lottery" process for seating selection.

"Lottery" Seating Selection Process:

For each show your child/children are performing, you will be given a number.  This number represents what order you will select your seats.  For example: If your child is performing Friday night and you draw #32, you will be placed 32nd in line for seat selection.  If your child is performing in more than two shows or every show, you can choose what two performances you want to attend.  The lower the number, the better your seat selection will be.  However, the seating arrangement at the BPACC is great and there are really no bad seats.

During the month of March, you will receive a phone call from a Beth Cross volunteer.  They will provide you with your lottery numbers.  You will then decide what two performances you would like to select.

On April 26th, 2008 starting at 9:00am all searing will be assigned.  A blow-up version of the seating chart below will be posting in the vocal room.  When your numbers are called by selected performance data, you will reserve 4 seats of your choice.  This process moves very quickly and usually you will be through within a couple of hours.

Additional tickets will be available after the lottery process is complete, but seating may not be together.   These may be purchase on a first come first serve basis.  Do no purchase tickets if they will not be used.  If you have purchased ticket and you know they will not be used, please inform the Beth Cross Staff so they can help you sell the tickets to another family.  Beth Cross Centre will not refund any tickets buy they can assist you with selling them.

A Few Friendly Reminders!

All account balances must be cleared before the show or tickets will not be released.  All show fees and costs associated with June Show are non-refundable!

Performers should arrive at least 1 hour prior to show start time.  This will allow enough time to correct any last minute mishaps (these do occur).

Please keep all costume pieces organized and labeled with your child's name on the tag.  Please ensure that your child's costume and hair are pinned and repined, glued, etc. correctly.  Loose hair and misfit costumes will distract from their performances.

Absolutely no one is allowed in the lobby or auditorium while in costume.  This is strictly prohibited and monitors will be watching for this.  Trying to leave this auditorium during the middle of an act is prohibited and will not be allowed.

No Cameras or video equipment is allowed inside the auditorium.  I always had to have to adjust my seats because some one has taken up my view with a camera.  A camera my be used if you can take pictures without using a flash.

A staff member will be provided to watch children after they perform.  This allows all moms and dads the opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy the show.  Mom or Dad are responsible for ensuring your child is in costume and ready to perform their act.  Children must be in costume for the show finale.

After the final performance on Sunday night, we ask that dads stay to help take down the stage scenery and moms assist with cleaning out the dressing rooms.  After a long weekend, we will all be tired but the more we have helping the faster we can leave.  We are required to leave the BPACC in the same condition we found it in.

Absolutely no food or drinks will be allowed in the auditorium.  Refreshments will be available in the lobby area.

It is very important that your child attend all weekly classes and additional rehearsal practices required from now until show time.  Missing one class can cause a child to get behind.

The Studio will be closed the week following the show.

If you are interested in volunteering please contact a member of the Beth Cross Staff.
